- No Cash Refunds: Refunds are provided as store credits only.

- Unapproved Returns: Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
For Store Credit and Exchanges:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging due to hygiene concerns.
- Non-Eligible Products:
- Lenses purchased during promotional sales or with discounts above 15%.
- Opened or used lenses.
- Only purchases from our official website www.aquaoptixcolors.com are eligible.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A nominal fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted from your store credit.
How to Return a Product

- Prepare Your Package:
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Return must reach us within 10 days of approval.
- Label Printing:
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Download the return label provided.
- Attach the printed label to your package.
Complaints
- Timeline: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: Email support@aquaoptixcolors.com with images and details of the issue.
- Resolution: Eligible complaints will be resolved via:
- Replacement lenses.
- Store credit of equal value.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
- Delivery Confirmation: Determined through the courier partner’s official tracking system.
- Action for Lost/Stolen Packages:
- Wait 10 days post-shipment for resolution with the courier.
- If unresolved, file a police report and share it with us to initiate store credit or replacement of equal value.
Order Cancellation and Modification
- Cancellation:
- Allowed only before the order is packed and processed.

- Modification:
- Changes to the delivery address or contact details are permitted before shipping.
- Product selection cannot be altered once the order is placed.
Store Credit Details
- Validity: Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- Currency: Issued in INR.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed as store credits only.
Important Notes
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the sensitive nature of lenses, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping Costs: Non-refundable and borne by the customer.
